KHALIL PUGH (18) is facing 11 charges including aggravated assault with intent to murder after “intentionally” plowing his Toyota Camry into shoppers at a Walmart, killing a 66-year-old Army veteran. Pugh gave the judge two middle fingers and was carted out of court after being denied bail.
